v0257 tagged, release in progress

v0257 will be the first DAPLink general release in almost 3 years (since v0254).

Based on the latest tests we have a fairly good results and good coverage on the different interfaces (HICs). Unfortunately, it was not possible to test all boards before the release (board availability, time, etc.), and it is likely this release will not work on several boards. A release package will be made available on GitHub soon, but binaries will not be published on https://daplink.io until they have been successfully tested (we hope this new release will attract people wanting to test it and give us feedback).
