Release planner - Release task is not automatically marked as completed

Release task and release plan are supposed to be marked as completed when all SDKs are released. Release step is not marked as completed.
This might be due to the fact that release status is updated asynchronously by button click event. We should move the DB update to onCheck even of release approval checkbox to properly update the value in DB.
