ar-sa 日志导出

切换到语言属性为 ar-sa, LogUtils.getLogFiles()时， 获取到的日志列表， 生成的 log file 名称中包含阿语， 但是不能获取到。

  • AndroidUtilCode 的版本：1.31.0
  • 出现 Bug 的设备型号：Red Mi Note 11 pro
  • 设备的 Android 版本：API 33
