dplyr::mutate(keep = date_run == max(date_run)) %>%

There are several instances where the max date is NA, but the older data is good, so we need to make this more dynamic (maybe an if na type statement).
ALSO some cases where the later date is BDL, so will need to filter for that to the earlier date as well
