Ellipse Obscuration and Rendering Behavior

What happened?

When an ellipse is very far away from the earth (i.e. moon altitude). It will exhibit unwanted behavior and be obscured by nothing. The obscuration will also change as you rotate and navigate around the scene when zoomed out. See attached picture of the sandcastle for reference.

Reproduction steps

1. Load Sandcastle
2. Zoom out
3. Rotate around and watch the green ellipse be obscured
