[Feature Request] 设置和环境变量问题

部分设置参数希望能在部署时按照个人喜好设置默认参数，这样在不同的平台就不用都去设置了。

目前存在一个缺陷，如果部署时设置了自定义模型名，那么后面手动设置的模型名不能覆盖掉部署时的模型名。

希望优化一下，谢谢~
