Some of the executables have rather generic names -- "Analyze" "Digitize" "Display" "Reconstruct" (not in that order of course!). As long as one does not set up sandreco with other software, I guess it's okay.

Find more specific but meaningfull names for executables and update CMakeLists.txt consequently

It is worth to rename include and code files too. For example include/utils.h, being a rather generic name, may collide with others
