summary: general unhappiness / low-morale due to difficulty of replicating in-team interactions as they were in B49. Difficult to articulate / pinpoint what the exact problem, but I think our current comms toolset (Slack / Skype / Teams / Zoom) is partly responsible

suggestion: introduce the team to Tandem / ephemeral PTT messaging apps and get feedback

action: create a Tandem team for xLab; explain the concept to the team and hold a few session on Tandem over this sprint to see if we find it helpful
