Gemcutter Beta Release

This release marks the milestone of the target v1.0 features being set:

• A fully featured 3D world editor
• Input remapping utilities
• Serialization & deserialization
• Single draw-call text rendering

Development of these is in-progress along with a private game project using the framework. Future Gemcutter releases will highlight the integration of the remaining features as they prove themselves to be production ready in that project.
