Didn't show as published until I refreshed page

Hi, and thanks for this exciting software!

Today I published an album (really a single, one track). I filled in all the forms, and hit "Publish".

But it still had the "This is not published" banner on the page. It didn't show as published, until I refreshed the page.

Hey Meljoann! Thanks for the bug report :)

Sometimes it takes an extra tick for the publishing complete. So even though an album has been published, it won't show that until later.

I think there's a better way to make this show correctly, and will put this ticket on the top of the "to do" list to see if I can make this go away.
