1. Create a new account on mWeb iOS
2. From Global Create, Scan receipt
3. Allow the camera permission dialog

Expected Result:

Scan UI should show the image to capture

Actual Result:

Scan UI is just a blank camera capture screen

Can reproduce this on staging (mWeb, iOS, v9.1.8-0)
This is reproducible using the steps from the issue description (you don't even need to create a new account)

1. Press FAB -> Create Expense -> Scan Tab
2. Allow the camera permission dialog
3. Notice a blank screen is shown for a moment before camera preview kicks in

A blank screen is shown only momentarily (notice the video above or videos from the issue description), this is a minor issue that doesn't prevent users from using the app

If OP meant permanent blank ui then I couldn't reproduce it. But in my testing blank UI appears momentarily before camera turns on.

Checking with Shawn in thread. I think the bug isn't the quick blank screen but a longer or stuck on, as seen in the screenshot (I think @m-natarajan added the vid of reproduction which doesn't show the bug (and I'll remove it once I confirm with Shawn)
