You are signed in to new dot and old dot in two tabs

1. Open selfDM on new dot
2. Navigate to old dot
3. Create an unreported expense of any amount
4. Navigate to new dot
5. Open the unreported expense you just created in OD

Expected Result:

The transaction thread is opened

Actual Result:

Hmm its not here page is displayed
