Action Performed:

Precondition
The account has SelfDM
You are signed in to new dot and old dot in two tabs

1. Navigate to old dot
2. Create an unreported expense of any amount
3. Navigate to new dot
4. Open the unreported expense you just created in OD
5. Click on the report header.
6. Go back to staging.expensify.com and open the expense created in Step 2.
7. Add the expense to a report
8. Go back to new dot
9. Wait for the report to auto refresh

Expected Result:

The report is auto refreshed

Actual Result:

The report doesn't get auto refreshed, user has to manually refresh the page to see the changes
