Some files are changed during the build process !!

Hi there,
During the build process and also in the local environment, certain files are changed in binary format.
It is image data in .env format. A direct comparison with a HEX editor shows changes in the first bytes and thus these files can no longer be used.
What is happening here. How can I prevent this.
