As we (GMAO) move its experiment target from x0049 to x0050, we need to be aware of the need to add OMPS-LP capability to SWELL (and perhaps JEDI).

@rtodling @kwargan It may have gotten lost in the shuffle somewhere, but see this merged pull request for OMPS-LP. #112. It is a clone of MLS, just replacing the instrument/platform names. Also, looking at the latest MLS instrument in swell. The simulated variable would change from mole_fraction_of_ozone_in_air to ozoneProfile. I could checkout/make a pull request, if you'd like.
