Adding hash_digests to the gmm/sources in nzshm-model (this is needed in graphql API)

Done when :

hash-digest can be used to get the details of any published LTB and that these are independent of any logic trees they may be used in. (this is already in nzshm-model with the branch-registry)
add a method on the nzhsm-model LTB classes that uses the registry to 'self identify'
