[stream_video] Update web dependency.

Update web_socket_channel dependency to ^3.0.1

Update together with web dependency to ^1.0.0

Because printing >=5.13.2 depends on web ^1.0.0 and stream_video >=0.4.0 depends on web ^0.5.1, printing >=5.13.2 is incompatible with stream_video >=0.4.0.
And because stream_video_flutter >=0.5.3 depends on stream_video ^0.5.3, printing >=5.13.2 is incompatible with stream_video_flutter >=0.5.3.
So, because my_app depends on both printing ^5.13.2 and stream_video_flutter ^0.5.3, version solving failed.

Hi @asaarnak we have updated those dependencies in the latest release (v0.5.4). This should resolve the issue, so I'm marking it as closed.
