heroic games launcher not installing games

Describe the bug

I am using windows 11 and heroic games launcher v2.15.2. I tried to log out of my Epic account, I tried to download the game to a different disk, I closed and opened the application, I looked to see if I could download the game from Epic Games Launcher and I saw that I could download it, but the Heroic Launcher remains stuck as in the picture. what can i do? Also sorry for my bad english

Steps to reproduce

1. Install a game
2. "Install started" notification.
3. Download stuck at 0MB
4. Look for the error in the logs section and see

Expected behavior

When I try to download the game, it seems to be downloading but it gets stuck at 0 MB.
