My panel doesn't respect blur effect #22

after installed utterly-round-plasma-style && utterly-nord-plasma (aur) my panel stay opaque even if Blur, Background Contrast and Tranlucency are enabled.

kvantum is installed

i've noticed that most Utterly-Nord themes have received recently updates on KDE.store but none on github.
should i install the Utterly-Nord theme via KDE.store?

Operating System: EndeavourOS (archlinux)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.3
Graphics Platform: Wayland
