Documentation for Split Images

@maia-iyer: documentation needs some update:

• in this section for the helm deployment: https://github.com/IBM/trusted-service-identity/blob/main/docs/spire-helm.md#helm-deployment-for-tornjak
  • for the get pod command, it shows 1/1 ready, but now we have three containers, so needs 3/3 ready
• in this section for ingress: https://github.com/IBM/trusted-service-identity/blob/main/docs/spire-helm.md#setup-ingress
  • need to add detail about the new frontend service in the list of services
  • right now the minikube doc at least does it for the spire-server service directly because that used to be our only one, but instead, maybe we should do it for the tornjak-http and tornjak-frontend-service services
  • i had trouble with minikube pulling the image for some reason, and had to do it manually. i'm not sure if this really needs to be documented but this was the main issue for me.
• i was not able to test with working frontend that has admin privilege. does it work to create cluster? to test the tornjak-backend connection with frontend.
