Add support for resizing instances rather than pausing them??

Maaaaybe Revolver could have an option for resizing an EC2 down to a "tiny size" then bringing it back to "full size" later? This would solve the problem where there are necessary jobs that run overnight/weekend, but the full sized box is not needed.

Eg: virus checkers, puppet/ansible etc, backups, licensing checking tools, connecting with package-update servers (eg: RHEL satellites), etc.
