Page Indicator / Numbering system

As a User it would be nice to see what page I am currently reading.

Reasons:
- Gives me a sense of current progress
- Easier to find where I am at. it's easier to know I am at page xxx vs (chapter->subject).
- Better navigation. Being able to enter a number and going directly somewhere is quicker than navigating through the side panel

Suggestions:
- Text box between prev and next that indicates the page number. (stays fixed)
- Small toolbar that comes up at the bottom when you hover over it or press next/prev. (fades out when not hovering over it)
- Both would let me insert a number and navigate me to the page I want.
