Instead of locations, I see whole chromosomes of each location.

After some Investigation it turned out that copy-paste of TSV bed format doesn't work, this doesn't work (TAB separated):

chr1	1	10000
chr2	10000	20000

These examples work fine

chr1:1-10000	chr2:10000-20000

and

chr1:1-10000
chr2:10000-20000
