Tracks wiggle when move with high zoom out #2

Go to hg19 chr1:108364545-139520874
Move the slide window by dragging the screen.

I'd expect smooth moving, but tracks are constantly changing: genes appear and disappear, move to different rows and so on.

Agree, this looks quite disappointing. See on the screenshots

You can see that gene names are either hidden or swapped in random order.
