Device request - H70Dx Icicle lights and H70Cx Christmas Tree lights

I have the icicle lights and christmas tree lights (v2) and it appears neither are supported.

Support - even if it's only the ability to turn them on and off.

Oh that's why my new Christmas lights aren't showing up. I was wondering what I was doing wrong!

Answer is in the issues! I'd try they local API but not all my (older) govee devices support yet.
