主题: [MISTLab/RangeTracker] Purchase list (#2)
Hi there,
Thank you for the explanation of the Youtube video.
Could you please share the list of hardware you used in the "Accurate position tracking with a single UWB anchor " ?
I searched myself and found a few options, yet they are very expensive.
So I thought it might be a good idea to ask for your help.
Thanks

Hi @franva , @scorpio-bza is not one of the authors of the paper. We used a couple of Nooploop UWB receivers if I remember correctly, and simple RPi as computers. @yanjundream can comment |
Hi @beltrame thanks for letting know, I thought he is the author as he answered my question in that way made me feel like he was the author. Thanks |
So, we are currently using the NoopLoop and Pozyx in the lab, but for this specific paper @yanjundream used the device from this company: https://www.ychiot.com/. |
Hello @franva , yes as @beltrame mentioned that we used the product from YCHIOT in this paper. The module was based on Decawave 1000 chip. The reason why we select this one was because of the dongle antenna, which has better ranging performance than the ceramic antenna used in the Pozyx products we had before. Later we found products from Nooploop https://www.nooploop.com/ and we also tested the Nooploop products. Generally, Nooploop modules have relatively better quality than YCHIOT ones but are also a little more expensive. |
