Global:

MySQL pool
MySQL table prefix (for automated table creation based on world name?)
Materials list with restore time add/multiply modifiers

Per-world:

MySQL pool
MySQL table name (overrides assumed name from prefix?)
Materials list with restore time add/multiply modifiers (modifies or overrides global?)
