Personally I hate deleting code, ever. But for a larger project like this it seems in the best interest.

At some jobs we have a code graveyard. We can create a new org called
"modernizr-graveyard" and transfer the repo.

Although I am also in favor of just deleting those repos, at least doing some cleanups would help, maybe we can "archive" those old repos as a compromise? Not sure when github added that feature but it is there in the "danger" zone under settings.
I'd say at least the "the-old-modernizr.com" "modernizr-ui" and "v3.modernizr.com" dont seem to serve any purpose anymore.
But what about "scripts" and "builder-ui" @patrickkettner @SlexAxton ?

I think there is a misunderstanding of what this particular repo (modernizr-ui) is. This is an old attempt at a website redesign. The active website lives on modernizr-neue. Both located within the Modernizr team, but two very different things.
