MotionPlus deb creation fails on Ubuntu Noble

MotionPlus deb creation fails on Ubuntu Noble fails due to package dependency problems. Terminal log attached.

This looks like an issue with your system not being updated. Before trying to create a deb using the script, first resolve the problems with your base system software. i.e. E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Run sudo apt update and sudo apt dist-upgrade repeatedly and also perform a search for "you have held broken packages" and try the solutions that others have listed. Only after that message is resolved and the system is "clean" should you run the script to install the other packages needed for Motion and creating a deb.

I have done the above apt stuff and followed the fixes at https://itsfoss.com/held-broken-packages-error/
None of these work. I have attached the Terminal output for the issue.

According to Synaptic and apt and dpkg there are no broken or held packages in my up to date Ubuntu Noble.
