That crash is totally not related to the issue. as it should mention DynamicSurroundings and not Ice And Fire. U removed the org and service folders from the DynamicSurroundings jar like that linked comment said right?

After checking your paste.ee. i saw u have duplicated files, having duplicated files always give issues so please remove them. It normally happens when u update a modpack, you can use the "Last Modified Date" folder sorting option to help u know which of them is the "New" files (the updated mods) and the old files (the previous version non-updated mods).

I would say, the DynamicSurroundings issue is fixed and the duplicated files is the issue now so do what i said and see if fix that one (there's also duplicated ice and fire files)

hm weird, the first crash report had dupe mods listed. I swear that was the issue... you can try a reinstall, if that doesn't work i'm out of ideas...

update the "Spartan and Fire" mod. It is outdated and incompatible with the newer version of "Ice and Fire" installed.

it crashes when loading

You ran out of memory. Also don't revive an old issue, create a new one.
