It would be useful if Nutil Quantifier could generate a coordinate JSON file per custom atlas region. We might have had this feature implemented before, so it might be somewhere in the code... not sure.

The quick solution for this is to run analysis with one custom region only. Nutil only assigns coordinates to areas that fall within the custom regions.
