The atlas maps from VisuAlign contain version info, the atlas maps from QuickNII do not and it is not possible to implement this. Both the JSON and XML files contain version info. Ideally we should implement support for automatic version recognition in Nutil Quantifier eliminating the need for atlas selection, either based on the JSON/XML file or on the atlas maps. No conclusion made at this point but this should be taken into account in future developments.

This has been implemented in NutilWeb. Not a priority to implement this in software version of Nutil. Maybe at a later date.

Will this be implemented in the new coming version of Nutil?

This is not currently planned for the next software version.

If atlas versioning is implemented in every xml and json from QuickNII and VisuAlign then it would be possible to do this, but I'm not sure if this is the case with older versions, etc? Implemention this feature may mean that Nutil is no longer compatible with some versions. Needs some investigation.
