We need to set up something like Sonar

We want to set up some sort of metrics dashboard like Sonar so we don't have to rely on the local installation (which may or may not be supported moving forward). Now that we're open source we might be able to get in on the Nemo installation of Sonar for free, but there are other options out there that we should probably explore.
