Add end to end tests

It would be useful to have some end to end tests in addition to the unit/functional tests that we already have.

These tests should invoke nixops directly and run some happy path scenarios on actual configurations.
The goal of these tests is to catch regressions in PR's that modify code all over the place, like #624
