Keyboard dont get updated during installer walkthrough

Describe the bug

If i change the keyboard layout during the installation guide (calamares), the keyboard does not get updated. When you write a passphrase and forget about the english keyboard layout, you probably cant login after the installation.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go through the installer, and change all stuff to german (i think for example).
2. test the keyboard in the field provided for that, indicates that it still uses the english layout
3. go further until you reach the user/password settings
4. try to write your german passphrase/user etc. user for example: you

Expected behavior

I would expect it uses the german keyboard layout (you instead of zou)

I tried with both Intel/AMD ISO versions: Gnome and Plasma:

The DE in the installer itself has its own settings, so you'd have to set it there too. But probably this layout mismatch can be warned about.

FYI the gui installer is maintained at https://github.com/NixOS/calamares-nixos-extensions, so changes should be requested there
