Wrapped Ignition errors are not displaying nicely

If you trigger an IgnitionError during an npx hardhat ignition deploy ./ignition/modules/my-module.ts run, then we display the error but we also display the stacktrace rather than just the message:

Reproduction steps

1. Modify an Ignition module to have two contract deploys with the same deployment id
2. Run the deployment of that module
