When I follow the tutorial and click on PREVIEW YOUR OFFICE ADDIN, it shows waiting for prelaunchtask. and no office software opens automatically. Maybe it is limited to office 365? my version is 2019

Can you check the terminal of vscode? There might be a prompt of asking for loopback permission that blocks the debugging process to continue.
