[Bug]: Location services included even when not used

What happened?

When I upload my iOS build, I get a notice that I'm "Missing purpose string in Info.plist" for NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription. My app doesn't use location services. I'm just using simple push notifications.

It appears that this has been a long-standing issue with previous versions, but the bug reports have been closed:

Steps to reproduce?

1. Use OneSignal in the app.
2. Upload to App Store Connect.

What did you expect to happen?

I expect OneSignal to not include location services if I don't want it.
