Low contrast text highlighting in admin dark theme #17326

Problem

Text highlighting is meant for the light theme. Thus it's very difficult to read with the dark theme.

Solution

Add dark mode syntax highlighting where applicable in the admin UI.

This one is codemirror, maybe a solution would be to use monaco instead.
Or update the css.
