invertase/dart_custom_lint#268 is closed, custom_lint's symlink resolution is fixed, and we should be able to skip ~5 seconds of clean+rebuild in there.
EDIT: Blocked on invertase/dart_custom_lint#271 (hopefully will be fixed by invertase/dart_custom_lint#272).
