Is it possible to change a PN Adapter Port?

    <EnvironmentVariable name="ARP_PN_CONTROLLER_ADAPTER_INDEX" value="1" override="true" />
    <EnvironmentVariable name="ARP_PN_DEVICE_ADAPTER_INDEX" value="1" override="true"/>

What restrictions does this have on the possible PN cycle times?
Limitations in possible timings?
Limitations by setting IP via DCP?

e.g.:

./ChangePNSettings.sh -h
Setup Profinet Controller and Device.
-i   : Enable PN Device and Controller Disable/Enable settings
-p true   : Enable Profinet Device -p true 
-d X : Set Profinet Device Port 
       Default: -d 1 Valid Values 1 or 2
-c X : Set Profinet Controller Port 
       Default: -c 2 Valid Values 1 or 2
-r   : Reset all Configurations to Default
