Logging is too loud

Hey, first of all thank you for this plugin, it's amazing!

I have a small issue that logging is a bit too "loud", and as I see there is no option to "quiet" it.
An option would be nice to control this, if the middleware system allows it or just use the base traefik logging settings and print logs when it's set to debug mode.
