Setting up a world as a scratch world seems to work. However, when I attempt to do a /scratch regenerate , it fails. Here is the console output:

2011-09-02 14:19:44 [INFO] [ScratchWorlds] Regenerating scratch worlds...
2011-09-02 14:20:04 [INFO] Failed to delete world file: omg\region
2011-09-02 14:20:04 [INFO] Failed to recreate world omg
2011-09-02 14:20:04 [INFO] [ScratchWorlds] Done!

world was named "omg"... yea... :) but this was done both in game and logged out from console w/ same result. Also, after running the command, world omg no longer showed up under /scratch list until the server was restarted.
