[Bug]播放器在NVIDIA设备上可能存在内存泄露 #754

此问题只和使用了 NVIDIA 显卡的设备相关，超分辨率滤镜会提高每帧画面的大小，所以此问题在开启超分滤镜的情况下更加明显

这似乎是 mpv-player/mpv#15099

此问题泄露的内存目前在可以接受的范围内，且在播放器回收或是更换选集时，泄露的全部内存都可以被正确回收

此问题可能导致在配备了 NVDIA 显卡的设备上播放超长的剧场版动画，并开启超分滤镜的情况下出现内存不足导致的闪退
