Feature request - Define edge datatypes

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to specfem::datatype::ScalarElementViewType and specfem::datatype::ScalarChunkElementViewType used to store values within an element and chunks of elements. We need their edge counter parts used to store values within a 1D edge.
