Decisions made:

• We will use a gap for the focus ring in the header nav links

Action items:

• Gabriel will create PR implementing the header nav link styles from Figma for Smera to review in online dev build of Read The Docs
• Smera will make sure that all of the focus components in Figma are dev ready

A little more explanation on the decision made to use a gap in the focus ring. Without using a gap, it becomes very hard to ensure that all combinations of states (hover, current, focus, focus + hover, focus + hover + current, etc.) meet the new WCAG contrast requirements for the focus indicator.
