Current IBGateway Version Will Be Desupported on 20250320 #8606

Expected Behavior

No warning message related to the outdated version.

Actual Behavior

20250222 19:07:21.857 TRACE:: InteractiveBrokersBrokerage.OnIbAutomaterOutputDataReceived(): IBGateway message: [the version of the application you are running, 1019.2, needs to be      
upgraded, as it will be desupported on 20250320. the minimum supported      version at that time will be 1030.1. the new version  can      be downloaded here . ib gateway]

Potential Solution

Download the the newest stable version and upload to quantconnect cdn with proper version tag, rebuild the docker image. I have tested on my machine and it seems to have no conflict. Link:

Reproducing the Problem

Run Lean CLI to start any project with lean live deploy and set brokerage to "Interactive Brokers".
