do not recommend QFAPI after installing a version where it does not exist #51

if a user installs a minecraft version with no QSL/QFAPI (like 1.21.3 or 1.16.0), the installer should either recommend downloading FAPI or simply not do the recommendation popup. this should be pretty easy using the modrinth API
