About sponsoring project maintainer's work

Recently I spend too little time to maintain RSS-Bridge due the lack of altruism.
If am payed for my work, I could spend more time.

So I decided to start campaign, where I could find sponsors for my work as project maintainer. At first I am writing an article for habr.com (popular Russian IT-related website), where I explain:

• about RSS-Bridge
• what bridge maintainers do
• what project maintainers do
• current tasks for project maintainer
• my suggested hour rate
• how I will report about incoming money and how I spent it (recording video + simple text report)

Currently waiting for moderators to review and I will post the link here, if it is accepted. This article will be in Russian, so for non-Russian speakers I suggest to use Google Translate.

Hey, @teromene! Recently I have started preparing opencollective page. https://opencollective.com/rss-bridge
The idea looks like this:

• users/companies send money to opencollective
• for 15 USD per hour maintainer spends time on doing maintainers' tasks and reports it (using video recording and small text reports)
  Maintainers' tasks include reviewing issues and pull requests.
• after that reports, opencollective sends money to maintainer on spent time

I will check, if it is they way that can be done on opencollective. In any case, what is your opinion about it?
I am asking you, 'cos you still sometimes review pull requests.
