Choose and implement RustFest Netherlands color palette

We don't have a new design yet so it's probably easiest to copy the design of RustFest Barcelona. However, we can change things up a bit with some new colors :D

My initial thought was dark blue header/footer, with orange buttons/accents like you have in the logo currently up on the temp site.

I like the Blue and Orange color scheme :D Do we want to go full Dutch and incorporate Red in there too?

I really like the darker blue and orange colors in the last two images.

We may also want to tweak the colors used in the logo to match the color scheme we arrive on. The current hues were pretty much the first colors close to the Dutch flag(/that I thought looked okay) that I found. One issue that we do have is that it doesn't really work on any background except maybe really dark shades close to black.

Here's an image of the dutch colors in bright sunlight (not used to pick the colors for the current logo version).

This is what the current homepage would look like with the header from @dutchmartin, links to the about (team) page and policy pages, and the logo moved into the header. The logo fades away into the header less than I expected :D

Works quite well actually! Can always tweak either blue slightly.
